The way this wall is made, the style and all, it makes me think of origami paper. It's not 3-D since there is no depth at all, but it works this way because the wall looks very unique and like some piece of paper and in front of the background of "paper", there is a paper image of the CCS girls in front. ^_^ I really liek the colors too. (I like bright and rainbow things...and my fav colors exactly those background colors, epecially the middle part with the peachness...yum!) I also love how your text is absolutely not in the way and good font choice. ^_^ The only thing is, and it's most likely not your fault...but why is Tomoyo's hair this weird purply grey?!?!?! *cry* Poor Tomoyo, did you have a poor hair dye job? Is that why you look kind of drunk too? ;_; Tomoyo's my fav CCS char. ^^;;;

About Tomoyo's hair: Well, I didn't change the colors that much... I just tried to make the color of the kimonos more lively Maybe in the middle of the process I changed her hair color ^^' I'll pay more attention next time =X

About the bg: I made almost everything there. The grass in the front and the clouds are all mine ^_^ The grass in the back is a default brush from Photoshop and in the tree I used a texture I found on the internet. The leaves falling is a brush I made for another wallpaper

About the vector: I just followed the original scan. Ir was really plain. It didn't have much details and I kept it that way.
The cat was even simplier, but I got another scan with more details and replaced it
